Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Arlington Court, College Court, Hillside Terrace High-Rise, Lincoln Court, Locust Court, Mitchell Court and Riverview is currently open.
The HACM is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 15, 2021 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.
- Arlington Court has 1-Bedroom units.
- College Court has 1-Bedroom units.
- Hillside Terrace High-Rise has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
- Lincoln Court has 1-Bedroom units.
- Locust Court has 1-Bedroom units.
- Mitchell Court has 1-Bedroom units.
- Riverview has 1-Bedroom units.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:
- 1 person $47,250 | 5 persons $72,900
- 2 persons $54,000 | 6 persons $78,300
- 3 persons $60,750 | 7 persons $83,700
- 4 persons $67,500 | 8 persons $89,100
This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Elderly (62+ years of age and older)
- Near elderly (50 - 61 years of age and older), and/or disabled (18 years of age and older)
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
