Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) Family Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Hillside Terrace, Parklawn and Scattered Sites is currently open.

The HACM is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 15, 2021 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.

• Hillside Terrace has 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom units.
• Parklawn has 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Scattered Sites have 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-Bedroom units.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 person $47,250 | 5 persons $72,900
• 2 persons $54,000 | 6 persons $78,300
• 3 persons $60,750 | 7 persons $83,700
• 4 persons $67,500 | 8 persons $89,100

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
