Veteran Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) Veteran Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Victory Manor is currently open.

The HACM is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 15, 2021 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 person $29,550 | 5 persons $45,600
• 2 persons $33,800 | 6 persons $49,000
• 3 persons $38,000 | 7 persons $52,350
• 4 persons $42,200 | 8 persons $55,750

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Veterans

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
