Vista Court Senior Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) waiting list for Elderly Section 8 Project Based Voucher apartments at Vista Court is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 1, 2019, until further notice.

Vista Court is located at 1405 Esther Street, Vancouver, WA 98660.

To apply during the open period, complete the online application here.

This waiting list has the following preference:

• All members of the household must be 62 years or older (a live-in aide may be under 62).

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
