Rhododendron Place Studio Units Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) Rhododendron Place waiting list is currently open. Applications for studio Project Based Voucher units are being accepted since at least August 1, 2019, until further notice.

Rhododendron Place is an apartment building of 30 studio units located at 9006 NE 15th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98661. The property is anticipated to be ready for occupancy September 15, 2019.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Homeless.
• Clients of Columbia River Mental Health (CRMH).

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
