This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Spokane Valley, Washington

The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from March 25, 2024, until March 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen

This waiting list was for the following properties:

  • Alexandria Apartments, 623 S Howard, Spokane, WA; 1 and 2-bedroom units; Not Accessible
  • Arrowleaf Village, 380 S Aspen St., Airway Heights, WA; 2 and 3-bedroom units; Accessible
  • Beloved Sunset Apartments, 2804 W 7th Ave., Spokane, WA; 2-bedroom units; Not Accessible
  • Casas Salvadas, 1314 W Maxwell Ave., Spokane, WA; 3-bedroom units; Not Accessible
  • Casas Salvadas, 1024 W Boone Ave., Spokane, WA; 1 and 2 bedroom units; Not Accessible
  • Summit View, 820 N Summit Blvd., Spokane, WA; 2 and 3-bedroom units; Not Accessible
  • Cedar West, 4018 W Rowan Ave., Spokane, WA; 2-bedroom units; Not Accessible
  • Sharon Lord Apartments, 1203-1207 N Madison Street, Spokane, WA; 2-bedroom units; Accessible

There were six ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

  1. Complete the online application

  2. Print the paper application that was available on the SHA website

  3. Complete an application in person at the SHA office

  4. Pick up an application at any of the properties locations or visiting the properties leasing offices

  5. Call SHA office to request an application

  6. Email SHA to request an application

Once the paper application was completed, it was be either:

  1. Emailed to SHA

  2. Dropped off at the dropbox at SHA office

  3. Mailed to the SHA office

  4. Dropped off at the Apartments

Preferences have not been confirmed

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences
