Senior (60+) Subsidized Housing Waiting List

The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) waiting list for Senior (60+) Subsidized Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Print the application online here. Select the "printable copy of the subsidized housing application" link in the first paragraph.

According to the KCHA, "look for the Local Programs option in the "Additional Housing Types" section of the application form."

Once the paper application has been completed it must be mailed or hand delivered to one of the property management offices listed here, or to:

Hand delivered applications must be delivered before 12:00 pm PT, Monday-Friday.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Extremely low income, homeless, substandard housing, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence, and rent burdened.
