Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County (HACPFC) waiting list for Affordable Housing Program apartments is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.
Please note: As of May 3, 2021, the HACPFC Affordable Housing Program page has a button for the online application. But, that online application says "We are currently not accepting applications."
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
Once the application was completed, the following documents must have been submitted to the HACPFC:
- Photo Identification (ID) for All Adults (examples of picture ID include: State issued driver’s license or ID card, passport, etc.)
- Birth Certificates for all household members
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- Immigration Card for all household members (if applicable)
- Verification of Income and/or Employment for all household members
- Bank Account Verification for all household members
- Vehicle registration(s) for all household members
Once the application was completed, it must have been hand delivered to the HACPFC administration office at the address above.
This waiting list had the following preferences:
- Elderly or Disabled
- Working
- Veteran
It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
