Wise County, Virginia Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Wise County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (WCRHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open.

The WCRHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from October 9, 2014, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application available online here.
2. Pick up a pre-application at the WCRHA office, located at 107 Litchfield Street NW, Coeburn, VA 24230.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be mailed to:

Copies of the following documentation is required of all members of the household: Picture ID (if 18+), birth certificate, Social Security Card, DD 214 (if a veteran), income verification (if applicable).

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, reside in Wise County, veteran, homeless.
