The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program waiting list applications for Diggs Town Phase l Apartments from January 29, 2024, until February 19, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application

2. Print the paper application

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Occupancy Department

2. Hand delivered or dropped off to the NRHA office lobby drop-box

Preferences have not been confirmed

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences
