2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Hopewell Redevelopment and Housing Authority (HRHA) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 1, 2019, until July 2, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or work in Hopewell; Working 15+ hours per week; Elderly; Disabled; Head of the household is the primary caregiver for a disabled household member; Veteran; Households with disabilities who reside in institutions who are ready to leave the institution for community based living

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
