Eligibility
The Ogden Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior disabled individuals.
This housing authority offer six apartment communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.
There are three ways to apply for public housing:
1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 801-627-5851, Monday-Thursday, 8am until 5pm and on Fridays between the hours of 9am and 1pm.
2. Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 1100 Grant Ave., Ogden, UT 84404.
3. Download an application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
This housing authority has a preference that may improve your spot on the waiting list: displaced by a natural disaster, living in a transitional shelter, or local applicants.
