Rural Development Waiting List

The Jim Hogg County Housing Authority (JHCHA) Rural Development waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2020, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Pick up an application from the JHCHA office drop box, located at 508 N Dagmar Ave, Hebbronville, TX 78361.
2. Call (361) 527-4353 to request an application by mail.
3. Send an email to [email protected].

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

Wait times varies depending on units available.
