1, 2, and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at the communities listed below from June 5, 2023, until August 1, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening was for the following communities:

• Alton Park: 2 & 3 bedrooms, 5712 Azle Ave., Fort Worth 76106
• Avondale: 1 & 2 bedrooms, 13101 Avondale Farms Rd., Fort Worth 76052
• Campus Villas: 2 & 3 bedrooms, 4633 Campus Villas, Fort Worth 76119
• Columbia Renaissance: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 3801 W.G. Daniels Dr., Fort Worth 76105
• Hunter Plaza: 1 & 2 bedrooms, 605 W. 1st St., Fort Worth 76102
• Pavilion at Samuels: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 1120 Samuels Ave., Fort Worth 76102
• Sedona Village (55+): 2 bedrooms, 6101 Old Denton Rd, Fort Worth 76131
• Stallion Pointe: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 9053 Race St., Fort Worth 76104
• Stallion Ridge: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 9000 Balch St, Everman, TX 76140
• Villas on the Hill: 2 bedrooms, 5716 Lincoln Terrace Dr., Fort Worth 76140
• Cowan Place: 1 & 2 bedrooms, 5400 East Rosedale Street, Fort Worth , TX 76105

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
