Eligibility
The Elizabethton Housing & Development Agency (EHDA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The EHA offers one Public Housing community with 324 units for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to 910 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, TN 37644, from 7:30 am until 10:30 am EDT on Wednesdays; and from 7:30 am until 10:30 am, and 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm on Thursdays
Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and references.
