Rhodes, Eisenhower, Hubert Apartments, Kennedy, Franklin Towers and Hensler HomesSenior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Reading Housing Authority (RHA) will accept Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Rhodes, Eisenhower, Hubert Apartments, Kennedy, Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes from April 15, 2024 at 8:00 am, until April 17, 2024 at 12:00 am ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in April, 2023

Please note: According to the RHA public notice, this waiting list is "1-BR apartments for 2-person families who are elderly (age 62+) or who have a disability (18+), located in Rhodes, Eisenhower & Hubert Apartments, Kennedy & Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes. Applicant families must qualify for the bedroom size (1BR – 5BR) based upon occupancy standard of 1 bedroom per 2 persons, with limited exceptions"

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Individuals and families who live in the City of Reading
• Families of which a household member is a service member or veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
