The Salem Housing Authority (SHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from May 6, 2023 at 9:00 am, until May 21, 2023 at 11:59 pm PT

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $27,700 | 5 Persons $42,750
• 2 Persons $31,650 | 6 Persons $45,900
• 3 Persons $35,600 | 7 Person $49,050
• 4 Persons $39,550 | 8 Persons $52,250

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

5,000 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
