Eligibility
The Salem Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Multifamily Project Based Rental Assistance program waiting list applications for 3-bedroom apartments at Salem Housing Preservation 4 and Salem Housing Preservation 9 from April 17, 2023 at 9:00 am, until May 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm PT.
This waiting list is for the following properties:
Salem Housing Preservation 4- Includes Northgate Village and Livingston Village, both in NE Salem, 3-Bedroom Units
Salem Housing Preservation 9- Includes Meadowlark Village in SE Salem and Brush College Village in NW Salem, 3-Bedroom Units
To apply during the opening period, complete the online application
The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:
- 3 Persons $42,720 | 6 Persons $55,080
- 4 Persons $47,460 | 7 Person $58,860
- 5 Person $51,300
