Eligibility
The Housing Works Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Mid-Town Place is closed
The Housing Works last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 6, 2022, until June 9, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application
Once the application was completed, it was either:
- Dropped off to the Housing Works drop box outside of the building
- Faxed to Housing Works
- Emailed to Housing Works
This waiting list had the following preferences:
- Applicants that reside in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties or whose household includes a family member who works, or has been notified that they are hired to work, in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties will be served before those residing outside this area
- Veterans receiving services from the local VA office with an income at or below 30% of the area median income
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
