Mid-Town Place Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Works Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Mid-Town Place is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 7, 2021, until June 17, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This opening was for a mix of eight total units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been either:

1. Dropped off to the Housing Works drop box outside of the building.
2. Faxed to Housing Works.
3. Emailed to Housing Works.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work in Deschutes, Crook, or Jefferson Counties
• Veterans receiving services from the local VA office with an income at or below 30% of the area median income. (This is a preference for four of the eight units.)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.

Applicants who need technical assistance can contact Housing Works during the opening period, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
