Multiple Properties Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Homes for Good Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Multiple Properties is currently open. 

The Homes for Good is accepting applications for this waiting list from July 26, 2022 at 9:00 am, until August 9, 2022 at 4:00 pm PT.

• This waiting list is for the following properties: Hayden Bridge Landing, Market District Commons, Richardson Bridge Apartments, Sarang, Sheldon Village Apartments, The Commons on MLK, The Keystone, The Nel and Ketanji Court.

The maximum income limits for each household size are available here.

There are preferences, and they are available here.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
