Home Forward will accept applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen

This waiting list had the following preferences for Dahlke Manor and Ruth Haefner Plaza:

•  Applicants who are 55 or older or have a disability

Preferences have not yet been confirmed for Holgate House

200 applicants were placed on the Dahlke Manor waiting list

75 applicants were placed on the Ruth Haefner Plaza waiting list

75 applicants were placed on the Holgate House waiting list waiting list
