Home Forward last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 30, 2022, until December 14, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen

Please note: This waiting list was for applicants who were "Senior (55+)/Disabled only"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application

This waiting list had the following preferences for Northwest Towers:

•  Applicants who are 55 or older or have a disability

Preferences have not yet been confirmed for Williams Plaza

500 applicants were placed on each of the Northwest Towers studio and 1-bedroom waiting list

350 applicants were placed on each of the Williams Plaza studio and 1-bedroom waiting list
