Freeport, New York Section 8 HCV

The Freeport Housing Authority (FHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 3, 2023 at 8:30, until April 14, 2023 at 4:30 pm ET

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application

2. Pick up an application in person at the FHA office, located at 240 South Main Street, Freeport, NY 11520, from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

1. Postmarked between April 3, 2023 at 8:30 and April April 14, 2023 at 4:30 pm and mailed to the Freeport Housing Authority at 240 South Main Street, Freeport, NY 11520

2. Dropped off at the FHA office, Address mentioned above

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants will be placed on this waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
