Cohoes, New York Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Cohoes Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from February 1, 2019 at 8:30 am ET, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application available online here.
2. Pick up an application at the CHA office, located at 100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, New York 12047 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm ET.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the CHA office,100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, New York 12047.
2. Dropped off at the CHA office at the address above during office hours.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in Albany County.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
