Eligibility
The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) RAD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Marion Bennett Plaza, Biegger Estates, Landsman Gardens, Archie Grant Park and Vera Johnson Manor B is closed.
The SNRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 21, 2022, until September 20, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen
- MARION BENNETT PLAZA (PBV-RAD) – 1 and 2 Bedrooms
- BIEGGER ESTATES (PBV-RAD/Las Vegas) –2, 3 and 4 Bedrooms
- LANDSMAN GARDENS (PBV-RAD/Henderson) –2, 3, 4 and 5 Bedrooms
- ARCHIE GRANT PARK (PBV-RAD/Las Vegas) –1 & 2 Bedrooms
- VERA JOHNSON MANOR B (PBV-RAD/Las Vegas) –2 and 3 Bedrooms
There were three ways to apply during the opening period:
- Complete the online application
- Print the paper application
- Call the SNRHA to request an application by mail
Once the application was completed, it was either:
- Dropped off at the SNRHA's Admissions Department
- Mailed to the SNRHA
This waiting list had the following preferences:
- Applicants who work 20 or more hours per week
- Full-time students (Age 18 and older in an accredited school or training program
- Receiving SSI/SSD or proof of inability to work
- 62 years of age or older
- Families that live or work within Clark County
- Veteran or Spouse of a Veteran
- Disabled Veteran (disability must be service connected)
- Spouse of a Deceased Veteran (death must be service connected)
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences
