Franklin Heights Apartments Senior Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) Seniors waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Franklin Heights Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 18, 2020, until 50 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: In order to be eligible to apply, at least one household member/applicant must be 62 years of age or older. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• Studio apartment: 1 person: $37,350
• 1-Bedroom apartment:
  • 1 person: $37,350
  • 2 persons: $42,650

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who live, work, train, or attend school in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and Sussex counties will be given preference.

50 applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
