Public Housing Waiting List

The Sedalia Housing Authority (SHA) 1-5 Bedroom, Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 15, 2019, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here. 
2. Visit the SHA to pick up an application, located at 500 Welch Court, Sedalia, MO 65301, during normal office hours.

Once the paper application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
