Eligibility
The Excelsior Springs Housing Authority (ESHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The ESHA offers one Public Housing community with 165 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 3 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the ESHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 320 W Excelsior St., Excelsior Springs, MO 64024, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am CT; and 1:00 pm until 3:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Be sure to bring these original documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying.
The ESHA does have a preference for: Working families, applicants that live and/or work in Excelsior Springs, elderly, or disabled.
