Excelsior Springs Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Excelsior Springs Housing Authority (ESHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.
Excelsior Springs, MO is about 30 miles northeast of Kansas City, MO.
To apply, visit the ESHA to complete a pre-application, located at 320 W Excelsior St, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am CT; and 1:00 pm until 3:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Be sure to bring these original documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying.
The ESHA does have a preference for: Working families, applicants that live and/or work in Excelsior Springs, elderly, or disabled.
