Eligibility

The Chillicothe Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 98 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.

To apply, visit the CHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 320 Park Ln., Chillicothe, MO 64601, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.

The CHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Chillicothe.
