Eligibility
The Itasca Housing and Redevelopment Authority (IHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The IHRA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
There are three ways to apply:
- Visit the ICHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 102 NE Third Avenue, Suite 160, Grand Rapids, MN 55730 during normal office hours.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete. Be sure to print extra Section 214 Status Declaration pages for each household member.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (218) 326-7978, Ext. 10 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include Social Security Cards for each household member.
