Carlton County, Minnesota Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Cloquet/Carlton Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from April 1, 2021 until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

• Print the paper application here.
• Pick up an application from the CCHRA, located at 950 14th Street, Cloquet, MN 55720.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Carlton County Resident (75 Points)
• Veteran (25 Points)
• VAWA (25 Points)
• Flood/Fire Significance (10 Points)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
