The Westland Housing Commission (WHC) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from June 2, 2023, until June 5, 2023

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $31,350 | 5 Persons $48,350
• 2 Persons $35,800 | 6 Persons $51,950
• 3 Persons $40,300 | 7 Person $55,500
• 4 Persons $44,750 | 8 Persons $59,100

This waiting list has the the following preferences: 

• Elderly
• Disabled persons 
• Live or work in the City of Westland

1,000 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
