Saginaw County, Michigan Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Saginaw Housing Commission (SHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 21, 2021 until June 23, 2021.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $22,600.00 | 2 Person $25,800.00
• 3 Person $29,050.00 | 4 Person $32,250.00
• 5 Person $34,850.00 | 6 Person $37,450.00
• 7 Person $40,000.00 | 8 Person $42,600.00

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Household that has been terminated from its HCV program due to insufficient program funding.

1,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
