This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Wayne County, Michigan

The River Rouge Housing Commission (RRHC) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from May 22, 2024 at 12:00 am, until May 28, 2024 at 5:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in April, 2018

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $33,600 | 5 Persons $51,800
• 2 Persons $38,400 | 6 Persons $55,650
• 3 Persons $43,200 | 7 Person $59,500
• 4 Persons $47,950 | 8 Persons $63,300

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

500 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery
