Tonquish Creek Manor Waiting List

The Plymouth Housing Commission Seniors waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Tonquish Creek Manor is currently open. 

The PHC is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 29, 2022, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Call (734) 455-3670 to request an application by mail.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• One Person: $44,800 | Two Persons: $51,200

This waiting list has the following preferences:

1. Resident of the City of Plymouth
2. Resident of City of Plymouth Township

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
