Erin Park Section 8 Project-Based Voucher

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Erin Park is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 10, 2021 until October 19, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for rental assistance at Erin Park if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low income for your family size, you meet program requirements and at least one of the following Supportive Housing Categories: Chronically Homeless: With a preference for Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population"

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

• Call Community Housing Network, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Email Community Housing Network

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Preferences will be provided to Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
