Eligibility
The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) Family Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list for apartments at Heritage at Freetown and Heritage at Severn is currently open.
The HCAAC is accepting applications for this waiting list as of January, 2022, until further notice.
There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
- Complete the online application here.
- Complete an application in person at the HCAAC Admissions & Occupancy Department, located at 7483 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
