Anne Arundel County, Maryland Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 10, 2019, until further notice. Applications were last accepted on July, 2014.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Complete an application in person at the HCAAC Admissions & Occupancy Department, located at 7483 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Substandard Housing (3 Points)
• Involuntary Displacement (3 Points)
• Paying in Excess of 50% of Income for Rent (3 Points)
• Living or Working in Anne Arundel County (1 Point)
• Working Family (1 Point)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
