Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least December, 2015, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application available here.
2. Complete an application at the HACF office; located at 209 Madison Street, Frederick MD 21701; on Tuesdays only from 9:00 am until 2:45 pm ET. Applicants should expect wait times of up to one hour to apply.

The HACF has identified the following preferences:

• Elderly
• Disabled
• Homeless
• Displaced
• Working
• Veteran
• Disabled Veteran
