Caldwell Parish, Louisiana Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the Parish of Caldwell (HAPC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from July 2, 2018 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice. It was last open in February, 2017 and before that in 2015.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the application at the HAPC located at 103 N Alvin St, Columbia, Louisiana, 71418, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CT.
2. Pick up an application at HAPC, located at the address listed above, during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
