This waiting list is for the following property:

• Ballard Apartments - Elderly (62 years of age and older), located at 650 Tower Plaza, Lexington, Kentucky 40508

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently the household is NOT receiving any subsidized or assisted housing rent
• Head of household is a U.S. veteran

• Head of household currently has a permanent physical resident in Kentucky

• Elderly or Disabled

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
