This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Lexington, Kentucky

The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for 1 and 3-bedroom apartments at the Centre Meadows Apartments from February 1, 2024, until March 31, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

Please note: According to the LHA, "Centre Meadows is a Self-Sufficiency site and requires that the head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household must demonstrate he/she has been working for at least 20 hours per week. The work requirement is demonstrated by verified employment at eligibility certification or signing a lease for a Centre Meadows. Full-time students may be eligible for occupancy at Centre Meadows if certain requirements are met. Elderly and disabled persons who meet all of the Self-Sufficiency Housing requirements with the exception of the work requirement may be eligible for these units"
