This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Rock Island, Illinois

The Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) will accept Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 1 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Cascade Garden from May 28, 2024 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced from an urban renewal area
• Displaced by a disaster, such as a fire or flood that resulted in extensive damage or has destroyed the unit

• Displaced by an activity carried on by an agency of the United States or by any State or local government body or agency
• A family which has at least one member that is disabled

• A family that has at least one member that has been a victim of domestic violence

• A family that has at least one member that is working a minimum of 20-hours per week

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
