The Housing Authority of the County of DeKalb (HACD) Elderly/Disabled Project-Based Section 8 waiting list for apartments at Sequoya Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April, 2021, until further notice

Please note: According to the HACD, this waiting list is "open to household’s where the Head, Spouse or Sole member is elderly (62 or older) OR has a verifiable disability, is income eligible. Apartments are for the elderly and/or disabled individuals or couples ONLY."
