Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Waiting List

The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority (EIRHA) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list is currently open, since at least December 26, 2018, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

This waiting list may have the following preferences: Live or work Locally; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for at least the last three years; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for less than three years; Disabled.
