The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority (EIRHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, since at least December 26, 2018, until further notice.

This waiting list may have the following preferences: Live or work Locally; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for at least the last three years; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for less than three years; Disabled.
