The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) Moderate Rehabilitation waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments is closed

The HCDD last accepted applications on an unconfirmed date in 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

Please note: According to the HCDD, "This small legacy HUD program provides income-eligible applicants with assistance for 10 specific 1-bedroom units and four specific 2-bedroom units. Applications are accepted at any time for this program, but turnover in the program has historically been very low."
