This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Dubuque, Iowa

The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department (CDHCDD) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for one day only on May 14, 2024 from 7:00 am, until 6:00 pm CT. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since January, 2024

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application in person at the Multicultural Family Center, located at 1157 Central Avenue, Dubuque, IA 52001. From 7:00 am until 6:00 pm

Please note: "Applications submitted online, by mail, or placed in the after-hours drop box at the Housing & Community Development Department will not be accepted in May."
